ALICE AND THE GROOVE DIGGERS (formerly together as Oncoming Traffic) is a collaboration of North Parish members and friends with a passion for music and good times. Seeking release from the mundane pursuits of employment and overextended schedules, the band delivers a lively mix of classic rock, r&b and blues.
Their performances feature soulful vocals, smokin’ guitar, blazing keys and wailing sax set on a rock solid rhythm section that’s sure to get you up & moving. Songs include covers of familiar and favorites as well as contemporary tunes from each genre. The band features Alice Galloway on vocals and guitar; Alan Beaulieu on drums; Chris Schena on bass; Paul Monayer on guitar; Bill Lippman on keyboards; and Zach Gorrell on sax.
